Experimentation

As most of you know, well the ones who will be reading this, you know that I live for food and wine.  So my purpose of starting this blog is to explore my own interest in another aspect of the world I have immersed myself in.  Additionally as another way for me to journal my experiences.  I want to experiment with of course the topics of food, wine and travel but also my own cooking adventures at home.  This is my first step, so if you have feedback, please be kind.  More to come later.
